Terry Quigley formed Quigley Custom Homes and began building custom homes and remodeling in 2000. Our main focus is the building, improvement or redevelopment of homes in the best neighborhoods in and around Downtown Naperville and other suburbs.

With over 15 valuable years of experience building for reputable builders since graduating from Texas A & M in Building Construction, I was well prepared and excited to start Quigley Custom Homes, and have been fortunate to have built several homes, some of which are shown in this site. Building is what I have always wanted to do, even as a kid building tree-forts with my brother or winning the “Golden Hammer” award in 7th grade shop class and a state high school architectural drafting competition. One thing our family did for fun was looking at beautiful homes in nice neighborhoods (where we didn’t live). When we first came to Naperville in 1976, one of my favorite things was the homes around downtown, and now I have been able to add to that. This lifetime passion for building and my commitment to quality and integrity will ensure that your home or improvement is completed to the highest level of satisfaction.

I appreciate the opportunity my customers have given me to be creative and earn their business, and I enjoy working with them to create and build designs that meet their needs and complement and improve their lives and community. It is my pledge that each home I build or improve shall be built with the same care, pride, attention to detail, and commitment to quality as the first while always striving to improve and listen to my customers needs, and their dreams will be fulfilled.

Our First Home

This was our first home, and what a great project to launch Quigley Custom Homes! This home is close to 12,000 square feet of elegant, luxurious living space including all the custom amenities one could imagine in an idyllic country setting, but still close to all that Naperville has to offer. At the time it was built, it was one of the highest valued homes in the city and was featured in the local papers. It was a great, but rewarding challenge to complete such a masterpiece, but it was actually a labor of love. Not only was it the kind of project I had always dreamt of doing as a builder, but it was my parents’ dream home. Although it is very large, it gives you a very comfortable, homey feeling, and the craftsmanship is outstanding in every detail.
